As Orbix Trade Co., Ltd. (“Company”), continuously evaluates and monitors the qualification of digital assets available on its platform, The company would like to inform you that the following digital assets: Zcash (ZEC) and Dash (DASH) are no longer qualified as per the Company’s listing policy and they will be delisted from the orbix platform of the Company.

We would like to inform all customers who hold ZEC and DASH that the company has permanently ceased to support ZEC and DASH trading (buy/sell) and deposit services from the digital exchange platform. However, you can still proceed with the transaction to withdraw your ZEC and DASH coins before the delisting process, We advise all customers holding  Zcash (ZEC) and Dash (DASH)  to complete their transactions with these coins before the delisting process, to mitigate risks and uncertainties associated with their holdings by the schedule for the delisting are as follows:

The schedule for the Permanently cease to support ZEC and DASH withdrawals and service as follows:

• Customers whose ZEC holdings remain in their wallets after the deactivation of withdrawal are suggested to contact our Customer Support (support@orbixtrade.com) or call 02-026-6107 for further assistance, It may take approximately 15 business days.
• Customers holding DASH coins can withdraw by the website themselves. and applications  until further notice. However, the company recommends that customers withdraw their DASH coins before the service is permanently terminated.
• The value of assets may change during the volatility of the digital asset market.

For Dash (DASH) coins, the system will allow you to withdraw DASH by yourself through the website and application until further notice. In the event that orbix customers do not withdraw their ZEC and DASH holdings before the permanent cessation of ZEC and DASH withdrawal services,orbix does not accept liability for any loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profit, which may arise directly or indirectly from announcements or information presented in this notice. orbix reserves the right to make changes and amendments, which will be announced subsequently.
