Announcement! Satang Pro will request additional documents for the verification process (KYC) starting on 26 September 2021 onwards (**only for new users, the previous customer will not be affected by this policy)

In order to comply with the latest announcement from The Anti-Money Laundering Office Thailand (AMLO), Satang Pro hereby includes additional documents for the verification process (KYC) starting from 26 September 2021 onwards. 

Thai nationality are required to submit the following documents:

1. National ID 
2. House registration or Driving Licence (choose at least 1 or more)

Foreign nationality who reside and/or work in Thailand are required to submit the following documents:

1. Passport

2. Additional documents (choose at least 1 or more) such as,

• Household registration for foreigners or Yellow House Book (Thor.Ror.13) which shows your 13-digit ID number
• (or) Work permit issued by the Thai government
• (or) Non-immigrant Visa or Smart VISA

Remark: Customers who have verified their account (KYC) before 26 September 2021 will not be affected by the new identity verification policy and will not be required to resubmit any documents.
