Important Announcement: Whistleblowing & Complaint Channel

Orbix Trade Co.,Ltd has provided a Whistleblowing & Complaint Channel to comply with the Whistleblowing & Complaint Policy and to ensure that the company conducts business with integrity, is transparent, and practices protecting informants and their confidentiality.

You can report Whistleblowing & Complaints. according to the scope and details as follows:

  • Whistleblowing Channels When you found that the employee's illegal actions against rules and ethical behaviors may imply corruption of personnel

Whistleblower Reporting Channels:

1. E-mail:  Whistleblowing@orbixtrade.com

2. Mail to Internal Audit Department with below address

  • (Complaint Channels) When you would like to inform or complain to the company about service problems or recommendations, submitting feedback to the company for development.

Complaint Reporting Channel:

1. Call: 02-0266107 (For informing or complaining to the company including recommendations and submit feedback to the company for development.)

2. E-mail: Complaint@orbixtrade.com (For informing or complaining about service staff including complaints about products, systems, or suggestions to the company)

3. Mail to Risk Management Department with below address
