Please update your information through the identity verification (KYC) system via the Satang Pro application because the identity verification process has been adjusted both Bank identity verification (NDID) and Facial Verification (Biometric) for better security and to prevent potential risks, as well as to comply with the utilization measures and standards of regulations.

You can update the information now, via the Satang Pro application.

For continuous use and better security, we kindly ask you to update your mobile device’s operating system to the most recent version before updating your personal information.
