Orbix Trade Co., Ltd. ("the Company") would like to inform customers of an update to our Customer Support operating hours.

Effective 1 November 2026, Customer Support will be available daily from 08:00 AM to 12:00 AM (Midnight), replacing the current 24-hour service schedule.

You can continue to reach us through all three existing channels every day:

• Live Chat: 08:00–12:00 (midnight)
• Email Support: Service hours of 08:00–12:00 (midnight)
• Call Center: 08:00–19:00, (no changes)

All times are Thailand time (UTC+7).

Your questions and concerns continue to matter to us. During our service hours, our Customer Support team is here to listen, provide guidance, and coordinate assistance with care.
