As Orbix Trade Co., Ltd. (“Company”), continuously evaluates and monitors the qualification of digital assets available on its platform, The company would like to inform you that the following below digital assets are no longer qualified as per the Company’s listing policy and they will be delisted from the orbix platform of the Company.

• Monero (XMR)
• Terra Classic (LUNC)
• Hedera Hashgraph (HBAR) 

We advise all clients holding Monero (XMR), Terra Classic (LUNC), Hedera Hashgraph (HBAR) to complete their transactions with these coins before the delisting process, to mitigate risks and uncertainties associated with their holdings.

The schedule for the delisting of Monero (XMR), Terra Classic (LUNC), Hedera Hashgraph (HBAR) are as follows:

• Deposits of XMR, LUNC, HBAR: Services available until 14 February 2024, 03:00 PM (GMT+7)
• Trading of XMR, LUNC, HBAR: Services available until 14 February 2024, 03:00 PM (GMT+7)
• Withdrawals of XMR, LUNC, HBAR: Can be made until 1 March 2024, 03:00 PM (GMT+7)

Remark*

In the event that orbix customers do not withdraw their XMR, LUNC, HBAR holdings before the permanent cessation of XMR, LUNC, HBAR withdrawal services.

The Company kindly asks you to terminate the use of old wallet addresses (for example, in case you save it on wallet lists elsewhere, using an old address with your own developing system, previous use or save a QR code of an old address, etc.) for the digital currency listed above. 

During the processing period for updating the wallet addresses, you can still access all other services as usual, and this change does not affect your assets in any way.
