Important Announcement: Announcement on Listing and Delisting Rules 

Orbix Trade Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) has revised the Listing and Delisting Rules to elevate the guidelines of the digital asset exchange to align with and support the characteristics and formats of digital tokens issued and operated by the Ministry of Finance and be more appropriate and in line with international standards, as well as the regulatory framework of the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") and the Listing and Delisting Rules was approved by The Securities and Exchange Commission.
