Important Announcement: Delisting DYDX (dYdX) from the Company's Trading Platform

As Orbix Trade Co., Ltd. (“Company”), continuously evaluates and monitors the qualification of digital assets available on its platform with the company’s terms and conditions, The company would like to inform you that the DYDX (dYdX) does not meet the company’s service criteria. Therefore, Company’s Listing and Delisting Rules and they will be delisted from platform of the Company.

The company advise all clients holding DYDX (dYdX) to complete their transactions with these coins before the delisting process, to mitigate risks and uncertainties associated with their holdings.

The schedule for the delisting of DYDX (dYdX)  are as follows:

• Deposits : Services available until 8 September 2025, 03:00 PM (GMT+7)
• Trading : Services available until 8 September 2025, 03:00 PM (GMT+7)
• Withdrawals: Can be made until 8 September 2025, 03:00 PM (GMT+7)

Clients holding DYDX (dYdX) with a remaining balance in their digital asset wallets, if you wish to proceed with a withdrawal, please contact our Customer Support (support@orbixtrade.com) or call 02-026-6107 for further assistance. The process may take approximately 15 business days.

Remark: However, the value of these assets may fluctuate depending on market demand.  

The company does not accept liability for any loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profit, which may arise directly or indirectly from announcements or information presented in this notice. orbix reserves the right to make changes and amendments, which will be announced subsequently. 

The Company kindly asks you to terminate the use of old wallet addresses (for example, in case you save it on wallet lists elsewhere, using an old address with your own developing system, previous use or save a QR code of an old address, etc.) for the digital currency listed above.

During the processing period for updating the wallet addresses, you can still access all other services as usual, and this change does not affect your assets in any way.

The Company would like to assure you that your assets are stored securely in accordance with the strict digital asset storage policy that complies with all related laws and regulations.
