According to the announcement of the delisting of Binance USD (BUSD) from our digital asset trading platform. Orbix Trade Co., Ltd. decision therefore to BUSD will be delisted from the digital exchange platform of the Company, as the asset is no longer qualified as per the Company’s listing policy.

We would like to inform all clients who hold BUSD that the company has permanently ceased to support BUSD trading (buy/sell) and deposit services from the digital exchange platform.

However, you can still proceed with the transaction to withdraw your BUSD coins before the delisting process, to mitigate risks and uncertainties associated with their holdings, please plan the transactions related to your BUSD coins according to the information and details in the summary in the below.

The schedule for the delisting of BUSD is as follows:

• Deposits of BUSD: Services available until 15 December 2023, 03:00 PM (GMT+7)
• Trading of BUSD: Services available until 15 December 2023, 03:00 PM (GMT+7)
• Withdrawals of BUSD: Can be made until 8 January 2024, 03:00 PM (GMT+7)

• Customers whose BUSD holdings remain in their wallets after the cease of withdrawal are suggested to contact our Customer Support (support@orbixtrade.com) or call 02-026-6107 for further assistance.
• The value of assets may change during the volatility of the digital asset market.

Remark*

If orbix customers do not withdraw their BUSD holdings before the permanent cessation of BUSD withdrawal services.

• orbix will consider consent by the customer to transfer the remaining BUSD in the orbix Exchange from the BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) network to the Ethereum (ERC-20) network.
