Important Announcement: Suspension of NDID Identity Verification via Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) 

Orbix Trade Co., Ltd. would like to inform all customers that identity verification via NDID through Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) will be temporarily unavailable on 27 August 2026 from 11:30 PM to 28 August 2026 at 1:30 AM (GMT+7), in accordance with the announcement from the NDID service provider. 

Remarks:  

1. Customers can still verify their identity via K+ Authentication and other bank channels as usual. 

2. The schedule is subject to change.
