Important Announcement: Suspension of NDID System on All Channels (Except K+) 

Orbix Trade Co., Ltd. would like to inform all customers that the NDID system on all channels (Except K+) will be temporarily unavailable from 5 September 2025 at 09:00 PM to 6 September 2025 at 02:00 AM (GMT+7), as announced by the NDID service provider. 

Remarks:  

1. Customers can still verify their identity via K+ Authentication as usual.  

2. The schedule is subject to change.
