Suspension of K PLUS Identity Verification

Scheduled Maintenance Notice: Suspension of K PLUS Identity Verification on 20 July 2025

Orbix Trade Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) would like to inform all users that identity verification via K PLUS will be temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance by the bank. The suspension will occur on 20 July 2025, from 01.00 AM to 04.00 AM (GMT+7) (3 hours). 

During this period, customers will not be able to use K+ Authentication or K PLUS - NDID services.

Note: 

• Identity verification via other NDID providers and at AIS Shops remains available as usual. 

• The scheduled time may be subject to change.

Should there be any changes to the schedule, we will provide updates immediately through our official communication channels.
