Announcement: Update to the Electronic Document Delivery Process by Orbix Trade Co., Ltd.

Orbix Trade Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) has been issuing electronic tax invoices (e-Tax Invoices) via the email address registered by our customers. To enhance the security of your important documents, we have added an additional email address for sending these electronic documents.

Old Delivery Method:
Electronic documents along with their passwords were sent from:
no-reply@orbixtrade.com

New Delivery Method:

• The e-Tax Invoice will be sent from: edocument@mail.etaxsolution.com
• The password for the e-Tax Invoice will be sent from: no-reply@orbixtrade.com

The new delivery service will commence on February 26, 2025.

Please check your registered email account to ensure you receive electronic documents via the new method.

Should there be any further changes, we will notify you immediately through our official channels.
