Where did the coins/THB from my pending buy/sell order go?

If a buy/sell order remains unexecuted for more than 3 months, it will be moved to the Open Orders section. 

To check your open buy/sell orders, please follow these steps: 

1. Log in to the application. 

2. Tap on the Trade button. 

3. Click on the File icon in the top-right corner. 

4. Select Open Orders. 

5. In the All (Column 1) menu, select Buy/Sell Orders. 

6. In the All (Column 2) menu, choose the cryptocurrency you want to review. 
   

If you want to cancel the order, once you find the order, you can tap the Trash icon to cancel it. The coins/THB will be immediately credited back to your wallet. 

If the user creates a buy or sell order within a period of no more than 3 months, the order will appear in the Trade > Open Orders menu.
