What should I do if I withdraw to the wrong network, forget a Memo, or the funds haven't arrived?
If you withdraw to incorrect network address or forget to include a Memo, we will not be able to identify your recipient or recover the assets.
If you know the owner of the wallet address that received the transfer, please contact the wallet owner directly.
If your assets were sent to an incorrect wallet address, or you forgot to include a Tag or Memo for a withdrawal transaction on another platform, please contact the customer support of that platform for assistance. You should provide the Transaction ID (TxID) of your withdrawal transaction to the support staff.
How long does it take for a withdrawal to reach my wallet?
The withdrawal speed depends on the blockchain network selected and the number of confirmations required by that network. This may vary based on the cryptocurrency and network used. Typically, withdrawals are completed within 3-5 minutes, but in some cases, it may take longer due to network congestion.
