Orbix Trade Co.,Ltd would like to inform all customers and investors that we will change wallet and address all of coins on exchange (except  Firo (Firo) & JFIN Coin (JFIN)) for system upgrade of the company to develop the system to be more stable and efficient in order to provide our customers with better services.

As a result, the deposit address has been changed . We suggest and kindly check and make sure of your digital asset wallet address before making every transaction, including details of the destination board you choose to use whether it supports the network or not. You should also check your digital asset wallet address and other related information to be correct and complete. 

Furthermore please terminate the use of old wallet addresses (for example, in case you save it on wallet lists elsewhere, using an old address with your own developing system, previous use or save a QR code of an old address, etc.) for the digital currency listed above. Doing this will help prevent potential mistakes and speed up your transactions.

In case you make a deposit of such an asset by using an old wallet address after it is no longer supported by our system, such deposits will not be successful. As a result, the assets are not credited to your account. Should this happen, please contact our Customer Support to check and assist. It may take processing time of at least 3 business days.

During the processing period for updating the wallet addresses, you can still access all other services as usual, and this change does not affect your assets in any way. 

The Company would like to assure you that your assets are stored securely in accordance with the strict digital asset storage policy that complies with all related laws and regulations.
