📣 Announcement: Improvements to the NDID system

Due to the NDID authentication identity system is maintenance. 

As a result, Bangkok Bank's (BBL) and Government Savings Bank’s (GSB) NDID authentication system will be temporarily unavailable.

The details of the maintenance are as follows.

Bangkok Bank (BBL)

• Date 23 - 24 November 2022 | time 11:00 PM - 04.00 AM

Government Savings Bank (GSB) has two periods of closure:

• Date 26 November 2022 | time 00.30 AM - 09.30 AM
• Date 27 November 2022 | time 00.30 AM - 09.30 AM

Note:  Customers can utilize additional banks, as usual, for using NDID authentication identity.
