Notification of Digital Asset Trading Fee Details 

Orbix Trade  (“the Company”), a digital asset exchange service provider, would like to inform users of the details regarding the digital asset trading fee rates, effective from 1 June 2026. The fee rates are detailed as follows: 

New Trading Fee Rates 

The digital asset trading fee rates applicable to customers shall be subject to the conditions prescribed by the Company on a monthly basis. In this regard, the Company will calculate the digital asset trading volume and determine the applicable fee tier based on each investor’s trading volume. Investors will then receive the corresponding fee rate as determined by the Company in the following month, as follows: 

Remarks: 

• The calculation of monthly trading volume will commence for the first time during the period of 1–30 June 2026. 
• The applicable trading fee rate will take effect from 10:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of the following month (Thailand time). 
• The Company reserves the right to amend or revise the fees applicable to Thai Baht deposit and withdrawal transactions as the Company deems appropriate. In the event of any amendment to such fees, the Company shall notify the User through public communication channels within a reasonable period prior to the effective date of such changes. 
• The aforementioned trading fee rates shall be effective from the date specified above until otherwise amended by the Company. 

  

Examples 

• Customer A has a historical trading volume of 8 MB during the period of 1–30 June 2026, which qualifies the customer for the Platinum tier. Accordingly, Customer A will receive a Maker/Taker trading fee rate of 0.20% during the period of 2–31 July 2026. 

• If, in the following month, Customer A has a historical trading volume of 1 MB during the period of 1–31 July 2026, the customer will qualify for the Select tier and will receive a Maker/Taker trading fee rate of 0.25% during the period of 2–31 August 2026. 

• Customer B has a historical trading volume of 15 MB during the period of 1–30 June 2026, which qualifies the customer for the Infinity tier. Accordingly, Customer B will receive a Maker/Taker trading fee rate of 0.18% during the period of 2–31 July 2026. 

• If, in the following month, Customer B has a historical trading volume of 4 MB during the period of 1–31 July 2026, the customer will qualify for the Gold tier and will receive a Maker/Taker trading fee rate of 0.22% during the period of 2–31 August 2026.
