Terms and Conditions

1. This campaign is open to both new orbix Trade customers who have never opened an account and existing customers who have not yet completed their Know Your Customer (KYC) process or updated their personal information. 

    

   2. The campaign runs from April 1, 2025, at 00:00 to May 31, 2025, at 23:59, divided into 2 activity rounds: 

    

   Round 1: From April 1, 2025 – 30, 2025, limited to 1,000 rewards. 

   Round 2: From May 1, 2025 – 31, 2025, limited to 1,000 rewards. 

    

   3. To participate in the campaign, customers must follow these steps: 

    

   3.1. Step 1: New customers and current customers who wish to participate in the activity must have an orbix Trade account and must successfully complete identity verification (KYC) or successfully update their personal information through AIS channels (AIS shop, Telewiz, and AIS buddy exclusive) within one of the activity rounds specified in clause 2. Participants can only participate in one activity round. Participants who complete these steps will be eligible to receive 300 Baht cashback. 

    

   3.2 Step 2: Only customers who have fulfilled the conditions in 3.1 and then proceed to buy and sell digital assets, accumulating a trading volume of 10,000 Baht within the same activity round as in 3.1, will be eligible to receive 10,000 OBX points. 

    

   3.3 Customers must enter the code ORBIXAIS in the Promo Code field on the orbix Trade website or application to confirm their participation rights within the same activity round as in 3.1 and 3.2. 

    

   4. The company will consider and prioritize information based on the time sequence of participant's approved identity verification (KYC) or customer personal information updates through AIS channels, information from the time sequence of digital asset trading, and the entry of the ORBIXAIS code, as well as the successful completion of the activity conditions specified in clause 3. Only customers who meet these requirements will receive the specified rewards. 

    

   5. The company will send a confirmation email to the reward recipients who have correctly fulfilled the activity conditions. Reward recipients will automatically receive cashback and OBX points into their user accounts within 30 business days after each activity round. 

    

   6. The company reserves the right to limit the reward to one per person throughout the campaign, based on the participant’s full name and ID number. Participants are not eligible for rewards if they have previously participated in another campaign related to identity verification (KYC) or personal information updates and have already received a reward in such a campaign. 

    

   7. The awarded rewards cannot be exchanged, changed into something else, or transferred to another person. It cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions offered by orbix. 

    

   8. Market Makers, institutional clients, institutional introducing brokers, and orbix employees are not eligible to participate in this campaign. 

    

   9. The company reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel the campaign’s terms and conditions without prior notice, at its discretion. 

    

   10. The company reserves the right to suspend any accounts found to be violating the law or not complying with the terms and conditions set by the company.   

Terms for Using Cashback Credit: Customers may use their 300 THB cashback credit for digital asset trading transactions within the orbix application or withdraw it as cash.
