Announcement: Suspension of NDID Identity Verification Services on All Channels (Except K+ Authentication)

Orbix Trade Co., Ltd. would like to inform all customers that identity verification services via the NDID system on all channels will be temporarily unavailable on 3 October 2026 from 10:00 PM to 4 October 2026 at 5:00 AM (GMT+7), in accordance with the announcement from the NDID service provider.

Remarks:

1. Customers can still verify their identity via K+ Authentication as usual.

2. The schedule is subject to change.
