4.3 The campaign is divided into 4 purchase periods as follows: 

• Period 1: 1–7 September 2026 

• Period 2: 8–14 September 2026 

• Period 3: 15–21 September 2026 

• Period 4: 22–30 September 2026 

4.4 Customers must purchase BTC on at least 2 separate days in each purchase period, totaling at least 8 qualifying purchase days throughout the campaign period. 

4.5 Customers must have a cumulative BTC purchase value of at least THB 29,999 throughout the campaign period. 

4.6 If a customer makes multiple BTC purchase transactions on the same day, such transactions will be counted as one qualifying purchase day for the purpose of determining the number of qualifying purchase days. The value of all successful BTC purchases made on that day will be included in the cumulative BTC purchase value specified in Clause 4.5. 

4.7 Customers who successfully complete all requirements specified in Clause 4 will be entitled to receive THB 299 Cashback, limited to the first 300 eligible participants, based on the date and time each participant completes all campaign requirements, on a first-come, first-served basis. 

5. The Company will determine eligibility based on information recorded in the Company’s system, including successful entry of the Promo Code ORBIXBTC, BTC purchase transaction records, and completion of all requirements specified in Clause 4. If the number of eligible participants exceeds the available campaign quota, eligibility will be determined based on the date and time at which each customer first completes all campaign requirements. 

6. The Company will send an eligibility confirmation email to customers who successfully complete all campaign requirements and are entitled to receive the reward. The THB 299 Cashback will be automatically credited to the eligible customer’s account within 30 business days after the end of the campaign period. 

7. Each customer is entitled to receive the reward once only throughout the campaign period. Eligibility will be determined based on the customer’s full name and national identification number. 

8. Rewards or benefits received under this campaign cannot be exchanged for other benefits or items, transferred to another person, or used in conjunction with other orbix discounts or promotions, unless otherwise specified by the Company. 

9. Market Makers, institutional clients, institutional introducing brokers, and orbix employees are not eligible to participate in this campaign.

10. The company reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel the campaign’s terms and conditions without prior notice, at its discretion. 

11. The company reserves the right to suspend any accounts found to be violating the law or not complying with the terms and conditions set by the company.   

12. The Company reserves the right to limit the total value of promotional rewards received by each customer from participation in all marketing campaigns during the year 2026 (from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026) to an amount not exceeding THB 4,000, or 2% of the total annual fees charged to such customer, or 0.2% of the minimum investment value, whichever is higher. 

Terms for Using Cashback Credit: Customers may use their cashback credit for digital asset trading transactions within the orbix application or withdraw it as cash.
