1. This campaign is organized for all customers who had previously registered to open an account and completed identity verification (KYC) before December 19, 2022, but have not yet updated their personal information via the identity verification system (KYC). 

 2. Customers must successfully verify their identity and update their personal information via the KYC system between June 1, 2025, at 00:00 and June 30, 2025, at 23:59 in order to be eligible to receive a cashback of 100 THB (limited to 300 redemptions). 

 3. Campaign period: from 1 June 2025 at 00:00 to 30 June 2025 at 23:59. 

 4. How to participate: 

4.1 Participants must complete KYC verification and update their personal information within the campaign period. 

4.2 Participants must enter the code “JUNEKYC” in the Promo Code field on the orbix website or app to confirm participation within the campaign period. 

 5. Rewards will be granted based on the timestamp of completed KYC verification and promo code submission, in accordance with the campaign conditions. Cashback will be automatically credited to eligible users’ accounts within 30 business days after the campaign ends. 

 6. Each customer is eligible for the reward only once during the campaign, based on their full name and national ID number. Customers who have already received rewards from other KYC-related campaigns are not eligible. 

 7. The cashback reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be combined with other orbix promotions or discounts. 

 8. Market makers, institutional clients and corporate accounts, institutional introducing brokers, and orbix employees are not eligible for this campaign. 

 9. The company reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel the campaign or its terms and conditions without prior notice, at its sole discretion. 

 10. The company reserves the right to suspend any account found to be in violation of applicable laws or campaign rules.
