Terms and Conditions

1. This campaign is for orbix customers who have completed KYC verification and customers who have updated their personal information with a normal account status. 

2. The campaign runs from May 1, 2025, 00:00 AM to May 31, 2025, 11:59 PM. 

3. To participate in the campaign, customers must follow these steps: 
3.1 Customers must enter the code MAYFEE in the Promo Code field on the orbix Trade website or application to confirm their participation within the activity period specified in point 2. 

3.2 Customers must buy or sell digital assets and accumulate a total trading volume of 50,000 Baht or more within the activity period specified in point 2.

4. The company will consider the timestamp of participants entering the code MAYFEE and the timestamp of accumulating digital asset trading volume according to the rules and fulfilling the conditions specified in point 3. only. Customers who successfully complete all conditions will receive a cashback reward for trading fees (excluding VAT) of 125 Baht (calculated from a 0.25% trading fee on a 50,000 Baht trade), limited to 800 redemptions. 

5. The company will send a confirmation email to the eligible winners who meet all the campaign conditions. The cashback will be automatically credited to their user account within 30 business days after the campaign ends 

6. The company reserves the right to limit the reward to one per person throughout the campaign, based on the participant’s full name and ID number.  

7. The awarded cashback cannot be exchanged, changed into something else, or transferred to another person. It cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions offered by orbix. 

8. Market Makers, institutional clients, institutional introducing brokers, and orbix employees are not eligible to participate in this campaign. 

9. The company reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel the campaign’s terms and conditions without prior notice, at its discretion. 

10. The company reserves the right to suspend any accounts found to be violating the law or not complying with the terms and conditions set by the company.   

Terms for Using Cashback Credit: Customers may use their cashback credit for digital asset trading transactions within the orbix application or withdraw it as cash.
