Terms and Conditions

1. This campaign is open to both new orbix Trade customers who have never opened an account and existing customers who have not yet completed their Know Your Customer (KYC) process or updated their personal information.

2. Campaign Period: February 1, 2026 – February 28, 2026, divided into 3 rounds:

Round 1: Feb 1, 00:00 – Feb 28, 2026 23:59 (600 total slots)

Round 2: Mar 1, 00:00 – Mar 31, 2026 23:59 (600 total slots)

Round 3: Apr 1, 2026 00:00 – Apr 30, 2026 23:59 (600 total slots)

Each round is limited to 600 participants, with 200 cashback rewards available.

3. To participate in the campaign, customers must follow these steps:
3.1. New and existing customers must have an orbix Trade account and successfully complete the KYC process or update their personal information within the campaign period in section 2.
3.2 Step 1: Complete KYC verification or update personal info within the campaign round to receive 200 THB cashback (limited to 600 users per round).

3.3 Enter the promo code “200TH” in the Promo Code field on the Orbix Trade website or app during the campaign period stated above.

4. The company will consider the time sequence in which the participants entered the promo code 200TH and completed their identity verification (KYC) or updated personal information. They will also consider the transaction timestamps for buying and selling digital assets according to the rules and conditions in section 3. Only customers who fulfill all requirements will be eligible for the cashback reward of 200 THB. Cashback will be credited to your Orbix account within 30 business days after the end of each campaign round.

5. The company will send a confirmation email to the eligible winners who meet all the campaign conditions. The cashback will be automatically credited to their user account within 30 business days after the campaign ends

6. The company reserves the right to limit the reward to one per person throughout the campaign, based on the participant’s full name and ID number. Participants are not eligible for rewards if they have previously participated in another campaign related to identity verification (KYC) or personal information updates and have already received a reward in such a campaign.

7. The awarded cashback cannot be exchanged, changed into something else, or transferred to another person. It cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions offered by orbix.

8. Market Makers, institutional clients, institutional introducing brokers, and orbix employees are not eligible to participate in this campaign.

9. The company reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel the campaign’s terms and conditions without prior notice, at its discretion.

10. The company reserves the right to suspend any accounts found to be violating the law or not complying with the terms and conditions set by the company.  

Terms for Using Cashback Credit: Customers may use their cashback credit for digital asset trading transactions within the orbix application or withdraw it as cash.
