Terms and Conditions

1. This campaign is open only to customers who have successfully completed the identity verification (KYC) process and have updated their personal details with orbix Trade before 1 November 2025. and who have not made any trades between 1 January – 31 October 2025. 

2. The campaign period spans from November 11, 2025, at 00:00 to December 31, 2025, at 23:59.​ 

3. Participation Steps:​ 

3.1 Participants must enter the promo code HALF in the Promo Code field on the orbix Trade website or application to confirm eligibility during the campaign period specified in item 2.​ 

3.2 Customers who have not yet transacted with orbix and make their first trade with a minimum cumulative trading volume of 1,000 THB within the campaign period are eligible to receive 500 THB cashback. Eligibility is limited to the first 500 qualifying participants.​ 

4. Eligibility will be determined based on the order of completed transactions that meet the campaign requirements outlined in item 3. Qualifying participants will automatically receive 500 THB cashback in their orbix trade account within 30 business days after the campaign ends. 

5. The campaign benefit is limited to one cashback per participant, based on full name and national identification number.​ 

6. The cashback benefit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, combined with other discounts, or used in conjunction with any other promotions from orbix.​ 

7. Market Makers, institutional clients and entities, Institutional Introducing Brokers, and orbix Trade employees are not eligible to participate in this campaign.​ 

8. The company reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel campaign terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice.​ 

9. The company may suspend accounts found to be involved in illegal activities or non-compliance with campaign terms.​ 

Terms for Using Cashback Credit: Customers may use their 500 THB cashback credit for digital asset trading transactions within the orbix application or withdraw it as cash.
