Terms and Conditions  

 Trade & Earn Up to 100,000 OBX Points” Campaign 

1. This campaign is open to both new orbix Trade customers who have never opened an account and existing customers who have not yet completed their Know Your Customer (KYC) process or updated their personal information. 

2. The campaign runs from Aug 22, 2025, at 00:00 AM to December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM., divided into 2 rounds 

• Round 1: August 22 – October 31, 2025 (limited to 1,000 participants) 

• Round 2: November 1 – December 31, 2025 (limited to 1,000 participants) 

 A total of 2,000 participants throughout the campaign 

3. To participate in the campaign, customers must follow these steps: 

3.1 Participants must enter the promo code BULL in the “Promo Code” field on the orbix Trade website or application to confirm their participation during the campaign period specified in Clause 2. 

4.Reward Conditions 

4.1 Customers must buy or sell digital assets and accumulate the total trading volume during the campaign period specified in Clause 2 according to the following criteria: 

For every THB 20 of trading volume, customers will receive 1 OBX Point, up to a maximum of 100,000 OBX Points per account (equivalent to THB 1,000) throughout the campaign. 

Notes: 

• Each customer is entitled to earn a maximum of 100,000 OBX Points per account. 

• 1 OBX Point = THB 0.01 and can be redeemed for rewards on the orbix application (e.g., 10,000 OBX Points = Starbucks e-coupon valued at THB 100). 

• OBX Points are valid for 2 years from the date of issuance. 

• Any remaining trading amount of less than THB 20 will not be eligible to earn OBX Points. 

5. Reward Allocation 

The Company will consider the participation order based on the system timestamp when participants enter the code BULL, along with the transaction records of digital asset trading volume accumulated in accordance with the campaign rules. 

Rewards will only be granted to participants who have fully met the conditions outlined in Clause 2 within each campaign round. Each customer is eligible to receive up to 100,000 OBX Points throughout the entire campaign period. 

6.Eligible winners will be notified via email. OBX Points will be credited to users’ accounts within 30 business days after the campaign ends. 

7. Rewards and privileges cannot be exchanged, transferred, or combined with other promotions offered by orbix. 

8. Market Makers, institutional clients and entities, Institutional Introducing Brokers, and orbix Trade employees are not eligible to participate in this campaign.​ 

9. The company reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel campaign terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice.​ 

10. The company may suspend accounts found to be involved in illegal activities or non-compliance with campaign terms.​  

11. OBX Points are valid for 2 years from the date of issuance. After this period, OBX Points will expire and be automatically deducted from the system without prior notice to participants of the orbix Reward Program. Expired OBX Points cannot be redeemed for any rewards from the company. 

12. Customers may redeem OBX Points for rewards in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the company. Once OBX Points have been redeemed, the transaction cannot be changed or canceled. 

13. OBX Points cannot be exchanged, converted into cash, sold, transferred, or given to any other person, and cannot be exchanged for any benefits outside of the orbix Reward Program. 

14. The company reserves the right to cancel, change, or amend the terms and conditions of the orbix Reward Program at its sole discretion. The company will notify participants in advance through the communication channels specified by the company regarding the earning of OBX Points, redemption process, reward items, and any cancellation of the orbix Reward Program. 

OBX Point Usage Conditions 

OBX Points are reward points under the orbix Reward Program, which can be redeemed for various products and exclusive privileges offered by Orbix.
