4.Reward Conditions

Customers must buy or sell digital assets and accumulate the total trading volume during the campaign period specified in Clause 2 according to the following criteria:

·     For every THB 20 of trading volume, customers will receive 1 OBX Point.

·     Points are limited to 15,000 OBX Points per round, up to a maximum of 45,000 OBX Points per account (equivalent to THB 450) from regular trading.

·     Customers who accumulate a total trading volume of THB 1,500,000 or more between January 1, 2026 – March 31, 2026, will receive an additional 15,000 OBX Points (equivalent to THB 150).

Notes:

·       Each customer is entitled to earn a maximum of 60,000 OBX Points per account throughout the campaign.

·       Trading volume used to calculate OBX Points excludes any volume that has already received Cashback from other fee-rebate promotions.

·       Any remaining trading amount of less than THB 20 will not be eligible to earn OBX Points.

·       1 OBX Point = THB 0.01. Points can be redeemed for rewards on the orbix application (e.g., 10,000 OBX Points = Starbucks e-coupon valued at THB 100).

• OBX Points are valid for 2 years from the date of issuance.

5. Reward Allocation

The Company will consider the participation order based on the system timestamp when participants enter the code BULL26, along with the transaction records of digital asset trading volume accumulated in accordance with the campaign rules.

Rewards will only be granted to participants who have fully met the conditions outlined in Clause 4 within each campaign round. Each customer is eligible to receive a maximum of 60,000 OBX Points throughout the entire campaign period.

6.Eligible winners will be notified via email. OBX Points will be credited to users’ accounts within 30 business days after the campaign ends.

7. Rewards and privileges cannot be exchanged, transferred, or combined with other promotions offered by orbix.

8. Market Makers, institutional clients and entities, Institutional Introducing Brokers, and orbix Trade employees are not eligible to participate in this campaign.​

9. The company reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel campaign terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice.​

10. The company may suspend accounts found to be involved in illegal activities or non-compliance with campaign terms.​

11. OBX Points are valid for 2 years from the date of issuance. After this period, OBX Points will expire and be automatically deducted from the system without prior notice to participants of the Orbix Reward Program. Expired OBX Points cannot be redeemed for any rewards from the company.

12. Customers may redeem OBX Points for rewards in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the company. Once OBX Points have been redeemed, the transaction cannot be changed or canceled.

13. OBX Points cannot be exchanged, converted into cash, sold, transferred, or given to any other person, and cannot be exchanged for any benefits outside of the Orbix Reward Program.

14. The company reserves the right to cancel, change, or amend the terms and conditions of the Orbix Reward Program at its sole discretion. The company will notify participants in advance through the communication channels specified by the company regarding the earning of OBX Points, redemption process, reward items, and any cancellation of the Orbix Reward Program.

15. The company reserves the right to limit the total value of rewards/incentives received by each customer from participating in marketing promotional activities throughout the year 2026 (from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026) to a maximum of 4,000 THB, not exceeding 2% of the total annual fees collected from the customer, or not exceeding 0.2% of the minimum investment value, whichever is higher.
