Terms and Conditions

1.  This campaign is open to all orbix customers who have completed their KYC verification and updated their personal information before January 1, 2025. 

2. The campaign runs from January 25, 2025, at 00:00 to February 28, 2025, at 23:59. 

3. Customers can participate in the activity by following these steps: 

   3.1 Enter the promo code "CNY25" in the promo code field on the orbix website or application to register for the campaign during the specified period. 3.2 Accumulate the required trading volume within the campaign period to qualify for the cashback: 

   • Minimum of 5,000 THB but less than 10,000 THB: Receive 50 THB 

   • Minimum of 10,000 THB but less than 30,000 THB: Receive 100 THB 

   • 30,000 THB or more: Receive 300 THB 

   Limited to 300 rewards. 

4. The company will consider the timestamp of when the participant entered the code and the timestamp of when they successfully completed the required trading volume as per the rules and conditions specified in point 3. Only participants who fulfill these requirements will be eligible for a maximum cashback of 300 THB. This cashback will be automatically credited to the customer's account within 30 business days after the end of each campaign period.

5. The company reserves the right to award only one prize per person throughout the entire activity period, based on the customer's full name and national identification number. The company also reserves the right to withhold the Stage 1 cashback (200 baht) if the participant has already participated in other activities related to successful identity verification (KYC) or successful personal information updates and has already received such rewards. 

6. Customers cannot exchange or transfer this benefit to others and cannot combine it with other discounts or promotions from orbix. 

7. Market Makers, institutional clients, institutional introducing brokers, and orbix staff are excluded from this campaign. 

8. The company reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel the terms and conditions of this campaign without prior notice at its discretion. 

9. The company reserves the right to suspend accounts if investigations reveal illegal activities or non-compliance with the terms set by the company.   

Terms for Using Cashback Credit: Customers may use their maximum 300 THB cashback credit for digital asset trading transactions within the orbix application or withdraw it as cash. 

Digital assets involve risks; investors should carefully study and invest according to their risk tolerance as determined by the company.
