I forgot to fill MEMO or fill wrong MEMO

MEMO is necessary if you would like to deposit Stellar to Satang Wallet. However, if you forgot or fill the wrong MEMO, please follow the steps below.

1. Send the receiving address, wrong MEMO(if any), Correct MEMO, Amount, TXID, photo to prove (if any) to customer support via chat or email.

2. The IT team will monitor your transaction for 14 days.

3. If there is no one claims that amount, we will correct the MEMO and the coin will transfer to your receiving address within 60 business days.
