Notes
1. Each customer is eligible for cashback under only one tier, based on the highest cumulative trading tier achieved at the end of the campaign. Cashback from multiple tiers cannot be combined.
2. Only trading volume from digital asset pairs quoted in Thai baht (THB) during the campaign period is eligible. Trading volume from USDT pairs through the digital asset brokerage service is excluded.
3. Eligible customers will be ranked according to the date and time at which both requirements have been completed: successful promo code entry and achievement of the required cumulative trading volume. The timestamp of whichever requirement is completed later will determine priority, based on the Company’s system records.
4. If a customer participates in multiple campaigns, the same trading transaction cannot be counted more than once for benefits across campaigns. The Company will allocate trading volume to provide the highest total value of benefits available to the customer, subject to each campaign’s conditions and reward availability. Trading volume that has not been used to receive benefits may be counted toward another campaign, provided that campaign’s conditions are met.
5. Trading volume that has already earned cashback under a trading fee cashback campaign will not be counted again toward cashback under this campaign.
6. Trading volume used to calculate cashback under this campaign will not be counted toward OBX Points under trading campaigns that award OBX Points.

Terms and Conditions
1.This Campaign is available to orbix customers who have successfully completed identity verification (KYC), updated their personal information, and maintained an account in good standing.
2.The Campaign runs from 1 to 30 November 2026.
3. Campaign Participation Requirements
3.1 Participants must enter the promo code MEGA11 in the Promo Code field on the orbix Trade website or application to confirm their participation within the campaign period specified in Clause 2.
3.2 Participants must accumulate digital asset buy and sell trading volume during the campaign period. Only trading pairs quoted in Thai baht (THB) are eligible, and trading volume may be combined across multiple THB pairs. Trading volume from USDT pairs, pairs quoted in other digital assets or currencies, and transactions executed through the digital asset brokerage service (Broker) are excluded, even if those brokerage transactions are conducted in THB. Cashback will be awarded according to the following tiers:
3.2.1 Cumulative trading volume of THB 299,999 or more but less than THB 499,999 qualifies for THB 1,500 cashback, limited to 50 eligible participants.
3.2.2 Cumulative trading volume of THB 499,999 or more but less than THB 999,999 qualifies for THB 2,500 cashback, limited to 50 eligible participants.
3.2.3 Cumulative trading volume of THB 999,999 or more qualifies for THB 4,000 cashback, limited to 50 eligible participants.
If the quota for a participant’s highest qualifying tier is fully allocated, eligibility for a lower tier will be considered in accordance with Clauses 4.1–4.2.
4. Eligibility Assessment and Reward Allocation
4.1 Each participant may receive cashback from one tier only. The Company will first consider the highest tier achieved based on the participant’s cumulative eligible trading volume at the end of the campaign. If that tier’s quota is fully allocated, the participant will be considered for lower tiers in descending order, provided that they meet the minimum trading volume requirement and fall within the allocation ranking for the relevant tier. Cashback from multiple tiers cannot be combined. Each tier is limited to 50 eligible participants, with a maximum of 150 eligible participants throughout the campaign period.
4.2 The Company will allocate cashback starting with the highest tier and proceeding to lower tiers. Participants who have already been allocated cashback will not be considered again for another tier.
Within each tier, eligible participants will be ranked by the date and time they complete both requirements: successful entry of the MEGA11 promo code and achievement of the minimum eligible trading volume for the tier being considered. The later of these two timestamps will determine allocation priority, with earlier completion receiving priority, based on the Company’s system records.
Only successfully executed trades within the campaign period will be counted, including trades executed before the promo code was entered. Participants must also successfully enter the promo code within the campaign period.
4.3 Trading volume that has received cashback under trading fee cashback campaigns will not be counted again toward cashback under this campaign.
4.4 Trading volume counted toward cashback under this campaign will not be counted toward OBX Points under the trade-to-earn OBX Point campaign.
4.5 If a participant joins multiple campaigns, the same trading volume cannot be counted more than once toward benefits across campaigns. The Company will allocate trading volume to provide the participant with the highest total value of benefits, subject to each campaign’s conditions and available quotas. Any remaining trading volume that has not been used to receive benefits may be counted toward another campaign, provided that it meets that campaign’s requirements.
5.Participants must maintain an active orbix user account, complete identity verification in accordance with the Company’s requirements, and be able to receive the specified reward both on the date the Company verifies their eligibility and on the date the reward is credited.
If a participant’s account is suspended, restricted, closed, or deleted for any reason before the reward is credited, or if the account is unable to receive cashback, points, digital assets, or any other specified reward, the Company reserves the right to withhold the reward.
Participants may not request the reward retrospectively, request cash or any other substitute, change the form of the reward, or transfer the reward or entitlement to another account or person.
6.The Company will send a confirmation email to participants who have fully complied with the campaign terms and conditions and are eligible to receive a reward.
The applicable reward, which may include cashback, points, digital assets, or other benefits specified for the campaign, will be automatically credited to the eligible participant’s orbix user account within 30 business days from the end of the campaign. The participant must continue to meet the eligibility and account-status requirements specified in Clause 5.
7. The campaign benefit is limited to one cashback per participant, based on full name and national identification number.
8. The cashback benefit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, combined with other discounts, or used in conjunction with any other promotions from orbix.
9. Market Makers, institutional clients and entities, Institutional Introducing Brokers, and orbix Trade employees are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
10. The company reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel campaign terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
11.If the Company determines that a participant has engaged in any unlawful, fraudulent, or suspicious activity, or has failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Company reserves the right to disqualify the participant, withhold the cashback, and/or take any action concerning the participant’s account in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws.
Terms for using cashback credit: Customers may use their cashback for digital asset trading transactions within the orbix application or withdraw it as cash.
