1.This campaign is applicable to Orbix customers who have successfully completed Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and updated their personal information 2. Campaign Period

2.The Campaign is valid from 24 July 2026 to 30 August 2026.

3. How to Participate

3.1 Customers must subscribe to MTS Gold Investment Token through the designated orbix channel during the Campaign Period specified in Clause 2.

3.2 Customers must successfully subscribe to and be allocated MTS Gold Investment Token with a minimum value of THB 1,000,000 within the campaign period, complete payment, and complete all required subscription procedures in order to be eligible for the reward.

3.3 Any subscription transaction that is cancelled, unsuccessfully paid, not allocated, or otherwise incomplete will not be included in the calculation of the qualifying subscription amount.

4. Reward Eligibility

4.1 Customers who accumulate a total subscription amount of THB 1,000,000 for MTS Gold Investment Token and fully comply with the Campaign Terms and Conditions will receive XAUT worth up to THB 4,000.

The actual reward value will be subject to the Company’s applicable promotional-benefit limits.

4.2 The amount of XAUT awarded will be calculated based on the eligible reward value, the reference price of XAUT, and the criteria prescribed by the Company on the reward calculation or allocation date. Therefore, the quantity of XAUT received may vary according to the market price of XAUT.

4.3 Eligible customers will also be entitled to participate in the MTS rewards program, subject to the applicable eligibility criteria and the Terms and Conditions prescribed by MTS and the Company. Such entitlement is independent of and separate from the XAUT reward offered under this Campaign

4.4 This Campaign is limited to a total of 500 eligible customers throughout the Campaign Period. The Company will determine eligibility on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date and time on which the subscription transaction is successfully completed, the token allocation is confirmed, and all applicable conditions are fulfilled, based on the information recorded in the Company’s system.

4.5 Each customer is eligible to receive only one reward throughout the Campaign Period, even if the customer’s accumulated subscription amount exceeds THB 1,000,000.

5. Eligibility Verification and Reward Distribution

5.1 The Company will determine eligibility based on subscription records, payment information, token-allocation records, and other information recorded in the Company’s system. Customers must meet all eligibility requirements and fully comply with the Campaign Terms and Conditions.

5.2 The Company will notify eligible customers by email using the contact information registered with the Company.

5.3 The XAUT reward will be automatically credited to the eligible customer’s orbix account within 60 business days from the end of the Campaign Period, or within another timeframe as subsequently notified by the Company.

6. XAUT Holding Requirement

6.1 Customers must continuously hold the XAUT received under this Campaign in their orbix account for at least 30 calendar days from the date on which the XAUT reward is credited to the account.

6.2 During the required holding period, customers must not sell, withdraw, transfer, or conduct any transaction that causes the remaining XAUT balance in their account to fall below the amount of XAUT received under this Campaign.

6.3 If a customer fails to comply with Clauses 6.1 or 6.2, the Company reserves the right to cancel the customer’s entitlement, reclaim the reward, or recover an amount equivalent to the value of the reward, in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company and applicable laws and regulations.

7. The Company will send a confirmation email to eligible participants who have fulfilled all campaign conditions. The XAUT reward will be credited automatically to the eligible participant’s orbix Trade account within 60 business days after the campaign ends.

8. The Company reserves the right to limit the reward to one reward per person per campaign. Eligibility will be determined based on the customer’s full name and national identification number.

9. The Company reserves the right to limit the total value of promotional rewards received by each customer throughout the year 2026 (from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026). Such value shall not exceed THB 4,000, or 2% of the total trading fees charged to the customer during the year, or 0.2% of the minimum investment amount, whichever is higher.

10. The awarded cashback cannot be exchanged, changed into something else, or transferred to another person. It cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions offered by orbix.

11. Market Makers, institutional clients, institutional introducing brokers, and orbix employees are not eligible to participate in this campaign.

12. The Digital Token Issuer and the Company reserve the right to disqualify a participant or suspend the distribution of a reward if the Company detects fraudulent conduct, false information, unlawful activity, use of an account on behalf of another person, or any conduct that does not comply with the Company’s requirements.

13. If a customer’s account is suspended, closed, under investigation, or otherwise unable to receive XAUT on the reward-distribution date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the reward without providing cash compensation or any substitute benefit.

14. The Digital Token Issuer and the Company reserve the right to amend, modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign, including any applicable terms and conditions, as they deem appropriate. Any such changes will be announced through the Company’s designated communication channels.

15. In the event of any dispute or disagreement arising from or in connection with the Campaign, the decision of the Digital Token Issuer or the Company shall be final, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
