*Customers are entitled to receive the first-trade promotional benefit only once throughout the campaign period. In the event that a customer enters more than one promotional code, the Company reserves the right to automatically grant the promotional benefit with the highest value to the customer.

**The Company reserves the right to limit the total value of promotional rewards received by each customer throughout the year 2026 (from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026). 3. Participation Steps:

3.1 Participants must enter the promo code TRADE in the Promo Code field on the orbix Trade website or application to confirm eligibility during the campaign period specified in item 2.

3.2 Customers who have not yet transacted with orbix and make their first trade with a minimum cumulative trading volume of 1,000 THB within the campaign period are eligible to receive 500 THB cashback. Eligibility is limited to the first 500 qualifying participants per month.

4. Eligibility will be determined based on the order of completed transactions that meet the campaign requirements outlined in item 3. Qualifying participants will automatically receive 500 THB cashback in their orbix Trade account within 30 business days after the end of each campaign round.

5.Participants must maintain an active orbix user account, complete identity verification in accordance with the Company’s requirements, and be able to receive the specified reward both on the date the Company verifies their eligibility and on the date the reward is credited.

If a participant’s account is suspended, restricted, closed, or deleted for any reason before the reward is credited, or if the account is unable to receive cashback, points, digital assets, or any other specified reward, the Company reserves the right to withhold the reward. Participants may not request the reward retrospectively, request cash or any other substitute, change the form of the reward, or transfer the reward or entitlement to another account or person.

6.The Company will send a confirmation email to participants who have fully complied with the campaign terms and conditions and are eligible to receive a reward. The applicable reward, which may include cashback, points, digital assets, or other benefits specified for the campaign, will be automatically credited to the eligible participant’s orbix user account within 30 business days from the end of the campaign. The participant must continue to meet the eligibility and account-status requirements specified in Clause 5.

7. The campaign benefit is limited to one cashback per participant, based on full name and national identification number.

8. The cashback benefit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, combined with other discounts, or used in conjunction with any other promotions from orbix.

9. The Company reserves the right to limit the total value of rewards received by each customer from the Company’s marketing promotion campaigns throughout 2026, from 1 January to 31 December 2026. The total value of such rewards shall not exceed THB 4,000, 2% of the total fees charged by the Company to the customer during 2026, or 0.2% of the minimum investment amount, whichever is higher.

10. Market Makers, institutional clients and entities, Institutional Introducing Brokers, and orbix Trade employees are not eligible to participate in this campaign.

11. The company reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel campaign terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice.

12.If the Company determines that a participant has engaged in any unlawful, fraudulent, or suspicious activity, or has failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Company reserves the right to disqualify the participant, withhold the cashback, and/or take any action concerning the participant’s account in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws.

Terms for Using cashback Credit: Customers may use their 500 THB cashback credit for digital asset trading transactions within the orbix application or withdraw it as cash.
