The campaign is divided into 2 rounds:
• Round 1: 1–31 October 2026
• Round 2: 1–30 November 2026
A maximum of 500 eligible customers across both cashback tiers is available per month. The number of available privileges will reset on the first day of each month. Eligible customers will be determined based on the date and time they reach the required trading volume.
Each customer will receive cashback based on the highest eligible trading volume tier achieved, limited to one cashback privilege per month. The two cashback tiers cannot be combined or claimed separately.
Trading volume will be calculated separately for each month. Any excess trading volume or trading volume that does not meet the required threshold cannot be carried forward to the following month.
Example: If a customer accumulates a trading volume of THB 200,000 in October 2026, the customer will receive the maximum cashback of THB 250 for one privilege only. The trading volume exceeding THB 100,000 will not qualify for additional cashback and cannot be carried forward to November 2026.
The Company reserves the right to limit the total value of promotional rewards received by each customer throughout the year 2026 (from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026). Such value shall not exceed THB 4,000, or 2% of the total trading fees charged to the customer during the year, or 0.2% of the minimum investment amount, whichever is higher.
Terms and Conditions
1.This Campaign is available to orbix customers who have successfully completed identity verification (KYC), updated their personal information, and maintained an account in good standing.
2.The Campaign runs from 1 October to 30 November 2026 and is divided into two Campaign Rounds as follows:
2.1 Round 1: 1–31 October 2026, limited to a maximum of 500 eligible customers across both Cashback tiers.
2.2 Round 2: 1–30 November 2026, limited to a maximum of 500 eligible customers across both Cashback tiers.
The number of available privileges will reset on the first day of each month. A maximum of 1,000 privileges is available throughout the Campaign Period.
How to Participate
Participants must complete the following steps:
3.1 Enter the promo code “ZERO” in the Promo Code field on the orbix Trade website or application within the Campaign Period specified in Clause 2 to confirm participation in the Campaign.
3.2 Buy or sell digital assets and accumulate the required total trading volume within each Campaign Round.
Cashback Eligibility Conditions
4.1 Customers who fully satisfy the conditions specified in Clause 3 will receive Cashback for trading fees, excluding value-added tax (VAT), based on their accumulated trading volume as follows:
4.1.1 Customers with an accumulated trading volume of at least THB 50,000 but less than THB 100,000 per Campaign Round will receive THB 125 Cashback.
4.1.2 Customers with an accumulated trading volume of THB 100,000 or more per Campaign Round will receive THB 250 Cashback.
4.2 Each customer will receive Cashback based on the highest eligible trading volume tier achieved, limited to one Cashback privilege per Campaign Round. The two Cashback tiers cannot be combined or claimed separately.
4.3 A maximum of 500 eligible customers across both Cashback tiers is available per Campaign Round. The Company will determine eligible customers based on the date and time at which they complete campaign conditions:
4.4 Trading volume will be calculated separately for each Campaign Round. Any excess trading volume or trading volume that does not meet the required threshold cannot be carried forward to the following Campaign Round.
Example: If a customer accumulates a trading volume of THB 200,000 in October 2026, the customer will receive the maximum Cashback of THB 250 under one privilege only. The trading volume exceeding THB 100,000 will not qualify for additional Cashback and cannot be carried forward to November 2026.
5.The Company will send a confirmation email to customers who qualify for Cashback by fully satisfying the Campaign Terms and Conditions. The Cashback will be automatically credited to the customer’s user account within 30 business days after the end of the relevant Campaign Round.
6.Participants must maintain an active orbix user account in good standing, complete identity verification in accordance with the Company’s requirements, and remain able to receive the specified reward on both the eligibility verification date and the reward fulfilment date.
7.If a participant’s account is suspended, restricted, closed, or deleted for any reason before the reward is fulfilled, or if the account is unable to receive Cashback, points, digital assets, or any other specified reward, the Company reserves the right to withhold the reward. The participant may not claim the reward retrospectively, request cash or any other substitute, change the form of the reward, or transfer the reward or privilege to another account or person.
8.The reward or privilege received under this Campaign cannot be exchanged for or converted into any other item or transferred to another person. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other orbix discount or promotion.
9. The Company reserves the right to limit the total value of rewards received by each customer from the Company’s marketing promotion campaigns throughout 2026, from 1 January to 31 December 2026. The total value of such rewards shall not exceed THB 4,000, 2% of the total fees charged by the Company to the customer during 2026, or 0.2% of the minimum investment amount, whichever is higher.
If the cashback awarded under this campaign causes the total value of rewards received by the customer to exceed the applicable limit, the Company reserves the right to reduce or withhold the portion of the cashback exceeding such limit. The Company’s determination and calculation shall be final.
10.Market Makers, institutional and corporate customers, Institutional Introducing Brokers, and employees of Orbix Trade Co., Ltd. are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
11.The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel these Campaign Terms and Conditions without prior notice or as the Company deems appropriate.
12.If the Company determines that a participant has engaged in any unlawful, fraudulent, or suspicious activity, or has failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Company reserves the right to disqualify the participant, withhold the Cashback, and/or take any action concerning the participant’s account in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws.
*Terms for Using Cashback Credit: Customers may use their cashback credit for digital asset trading transactions within the orbix application or withdraw it as cash.
